Melanie's Tree Talking Brisco

Bred by The Clearwater family.

Brisco is one of the dependable ones. He has proven himself time and time again. When you want something done right, he is who you put down on the ground first. He runs with a short bawl mouth and is a steady hard chop tree dog. He comes from a long line of reproducing big game dogs and with 6 litters on the ground, he is living up to his family's reputation.

Jane is my coondog bred big game dog. She likes to prove that a dog coming from coonhunting parents can make a excellent big game dog.  Jane is extremely hard hunting. She is a deadly accurate tree dog. She is cold nosed and hunts with a squall mouth on track and a chop on the tree.  She was one of the most natural rig dogs I have ever seen. While she is not perfect, she will give you 110% every time you put her tracking collar on.

KC is my long awaited pup out of my Brisco- Jane cross. KC so far seems to be almost a perfect blend of both her parents. I cannot tell which one she reminds me of more. She has Jane's hard hunting style and Brisco's hard tree style. She is a sit down tree dog and trees with a hard and fast chop mouth. She also is showing that she is a natural rig dog, with no help needed in showing her what to do. So far she is showing lots of promise and I can't wait to put a few season's under her.

And Introducing............

Bred by Mark Stone

For a while I have been looking for a dog that may make an outcross on my line of dogs. The problem I have, is I don't want to breed to someone else's dog. I want to know they are like day in and day out to live with as and the good and bad of hunting with them. When I seen that Mark Stone made a linebred cross on his dogs, I knew that is what I wanted to try. If he thinks the family is good enough to linebreed on, I'm interested. Since all my females are now related, I figured it was time to bring a new male in. Here he is. I'm very excited to see how Ric fits into my pack.

And coming home........

Alice is off the great cross of Brisco and Nick's famed cat dog Mabel (half sister to Brisco). Alice was raised here and I let myself be talked out of her when she was just under a year old. She was my pick of the litter female- the stud fee pup. It was something I always regretting doing. I had the chance to buy Alice back and took it. She turns 3 this spring and I know her and KC will be a huge future of my pack.
